OBEDIENCE TO DIVINE INSTRUCTIONS

Dearly Beloved,
What is your degree of obedience to divine instructions? Your connection to the Divine lies in your obedience to divine instruction. I told you the bottom line of the quarrel between God and man is obedience to divine instructions.
Luke 5:3-6 showed us the encounter of Jesus with Simon Peter. Verse 5 says, “And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless, at thy word I will let down the net.”
This is partial obedience to the instruction of the Lord because, in verse 4, the Master instructed Peter to let down his nets for a draught.
However, he chose to let down the net. Peter allowed his negative experience to colour his obedience by letting down just one net.
Obedience is what Christianity is all about! Ask yourself, what current divine instructions are you obeying? You will need to do a quick review of your instructions today.
The most dangerous point/position you can be as a believer is when God is waiting for your obedience. That time, you are in no man’s land.
When they carried out the instruction of the Lord, they caught a multitude of fishes, and the net was breaking, but that was far less compared to what the Master intended to do.
It is the degree of your obedience to divine instruction that determines the manifestation that you have.
I told you before that the manifestation of a thing is always lesser than the revelation. Not because God is not ready to work, but because men will always limit God.
It is my prayer for you that you will not limit God this year through your disobedience to divine instructions.
The net was what Peter had; the fish was what they needed; the power of God was what they lacked.
It is what you have that will produce what you need. In this case, the boat was their seed, the net was the tool for harvest, the fish was the harvest, and the anointing (which they lacked) was the link to their miracle.
You will determine your harvest based on your obedience to the instructions of the anointing and the anointed.
Till next week, go and win with Jesus.
